  1. The first step is to fold the cassava leaves, if not yet. If you have already purchased crushed then go to the second step.
  2. You must put your saucepan on the fire with the cassava leaves and then add 1 or 2 liters of water. Let it boil for up to 2 hours to remove the starches In by adding salt
  3. Do not sleep, peel all your ingredients in the meantime and clean it. Put all the ingredients aside.
  4. Arrange your fish and wash them properly. Take a fish put in the pan while cooking. After 30 minutes, mix, add onion and garlic and let boil.
  5. Add cabbage if necessary, eggplant, palm oil. And boil for another 10-15 minutes while turning regularly.
  6. After this 15 minutes of cooking, add the peanut paste and mix well.
  7. Watch your meal each time until the oil mixes well with all the leftovers. Finally add the seasonings and leave to boil for a few more minutes.

This dish is eaten naturally with white rice, plantain bananas or cassava sticks.
